Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson Are Both Sporting New Post-Breakup Looks

As everyone knows, Ariana Grande’s signature hairstyle is, of course, the ponytail. Her hair is pretty much an icon in its own right. There was even a Jimmy Fallon sketche that showed it come to life.

It appears, however, it’s taking a backseat for the moment. And Pete Davidson, too, has a new ‘do as well.

Lobbed Off Locks

On Thursday, the thank u, next singer hit up Instagram with a selfie showing off her new hair. However, she didn’t mention her shorter haircut, instead she simply commented on her eyebrows.

“This filter took my eyebrows away but i promise they’re there,” she wrote.

People immediately noticed a change – and we’re not talking about her brows or the floral bunny ears filter. One commenter simply wrote, “Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.” Another questioned if Grande was doing okay.

The ponytail was nowhere to be seen. Instead, Grande had a much shorter haircut than we’ve seen her wear for as long as our memory serves.

Pete’s Pastel Blue Hair

Earlier this month, Davidson also changed up his look. While both he and Grande appear to be going through the process of covering tattoos, hairstyles are certainly much easier to alter.

Davidson had been sporting a bleached blonde look, but after the breakup he decided to go blue. Aura, his colorist at Sally Hershberger Salon, shared a photo of his new look to Instagram on November 2.

Post-Breakup Self Care

As you likely already know, Grande and Davidson had quite a whirlwind romance. While they’d only just gotten engaged in June, by October they’d called everything off entirely.

It’s certainly not unusual for folks to want to undergo a transformation of sorts after a relationship like that. Although, we don’t know for sure if either of their new looks really have anything to do with their breakup.

Regardless, we doubt Grande’s new style will last all that long, considering how extensions come and go. As for Davidson, who knows what’s next for him.
