25. Hold an Ice Cube
If you feel a panic attack coming on, holding an ice cube may actually help! Your mind will focus on the cold, wet sensation instead of spiraling. Note that you shouldn’t keep holding the ice if your skin starts to hurt—make like Elsa and let it go!
24. Take a Nap
Taking a nap can be a great way to relax and get over an anxiety spike. If you’re feeling completely overwhelmed, a 20-minute snooze can help. Hopefully, when you wake up you’ll have a better perspective on the situation. Just don’t make a habit of sleeping all day to escape your problems.
