The downside is 860 milligrams of sodium in each sandwich, so if you’re watching your salt intake, you might want to skip this one.
19. Jamba Juice: Aloha Pineapple Smoothie
Jamba Juice makes awesome smoothies, but if you’re not careful, you might accidentally down more sugar than a couple of Cokes. Choose the “Make It Light” option and this tropical smoothie will net you 10 grams of protein and just 190 calories.
